Between the ample supply of restaurants to eat in Valencia, Sargantana excels by its maximum care in each plate and attention in table, besides to be everything an expert in the accomplishment of wine tastings in Valencia.

Sargantana Restaurant is a small restaurant located in the left margin of the Old Channel of the Túria River in Valencia. In our house we only persecuted an objective: to cause that the client feels like in house whenever decides to go to our restaurant to eat in Valencia. We have a very well-taken care of conditionned warehouse with more than 200 wine references, 90 references of brandies and spirits, which we offer in diverse wine tastings in Valencia.

We practiced a simple kitchen with a special touch that makes different. Our plates are based on the respect by the product, decorating it with those elements that help to heighten their flavor, but without frights. Unlike other restaurants in Valencia, we bought saily in the Central Market of the city those sorts that our orchard, and our sea, offers to us.
